SHIPPING

Your order will be safely packed with love and ship promptly from our IL location; in most cases orders ship same day. We ship worldwide and welcome international orders. (Please note: Golightly Inc. is not responsible for international tax/duty charges.)

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of each order and include complimentary shipping insurance. There are no additional handling or processing fees. Any miscalculated overages are refunded at the time of shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, an email notification including tracking information will be sent to the email address used when ordering.

Please note: Once a package has been accepted by the carrier we have access to the same tracking information that you have. Please contact your local post office or UPS directly with any questions regarding shipment & delivery status.

Golightly Inc. is not responsible for missing packages once they have been scanned as delivered.

OPEN BOX POLICY

In an effort to minimize shipping costs to those who plan to shop regularly we offer an environmentally friendly option of combining multiple orders to reduce the amount of shipping materials being used.

  • All open boxes must be paid in full before the end of each month.
  • Open boxes cannot be combined with live sale orders or payment plans.

Free domestic shipping is applied to all orders of $250 or more, including live sale adoptions.
